Very exciting setting, nearly new setting, part of leading Nursery Provider near St pancras train Station. This is an excellent opportunity to join this very busy, successful setting as a Room Leader with the Pre-School.

Room Leader -

Provide quality day care to the children and ensure that they are safe, loved, stimulated and well cared for.

Responsible for planning and carrying out observation and assessments and writing reports.

Ensuring that my room is a safe and secure environment which provides a wide range of activities for the children. Ensuring the staff are adhering to this philosophy.

Guide and support staff, ensuring they maintain high standards, ensuring they plan for the children within the Early Years framework.

Responsible for developing strong relationships with parents and other childcare professionals.

Preparing the Nursery for marketing events and parents evening

Being available for Parents evenings, providing detailed feedback to parents about their children.

Working closely with the Nursery Manager to constantly review and improve the service offering for the benefit of the children.
