We require an Experienced, fully qualified Nursery worker who has experience as a Room Leader and is very experienced and knowledgeable with babies and must be able to manage 4 staff. Our client has a fantastic setting, well established and very popular and busy.
Your Key Responsibilities may include -
Act as Room Leader and to implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Provide high standards of quality within the nursery.
Lead planning for the EYFS curriculum and maintain accurate records.
Ensure that children are kept safe and that staff understand, and follow Child Protection Procedures.
Support and supervise room staff with their day to day duties.
Be responsible for participating in all self-developmentactivities including appraisals and supervisions.
