Experienced, Nursery Manager with passion, flair, excellent communication skills to join this existing, small nursery which forms part of a small successful group. The setting is registered for 70 places
Your duties will include-
Providing support to the staff team, guiding them, and helping them increase their skills and confidence.
Implementation of EYFS curriculum.
To manage the budget and occupancy levels of the nursery including the marketing
To develop strong relationships with the community
To develop strong relationships with parents
You will need to have –
NNEB, CACHE level 3, NVQ level 3 or equivalent
In depth knowledge of Birth to Three matters and the Foundation stage
Proven ability to meet targets and timescales
Impeccable time management skills
Working knowledge of health and safety legislation
Working Knowledge of the OFSTED standards
Proven Team Leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage staff team
