Our Client is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager for this vacant post which offers a salary of £25,000 + Pension + Life Assurance
To apply you will need to have the minimum of 3 years experience as a Nursery Manager to include the following:
- Experience of leading a staff team
- Experience of working with parents and carers from a range of cultural backgrounds
- Experience of managing budgets
Also you will need to be able to:
- Motivate, lead and supervise a staff team (including trainees and volunteers)
- Assess training and other professional development needs
- Plan team/specialist meetings and organise case conferences involving internal/external parties
- Coordinate administration
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
