We are a long standing agency looking for savvy qualified and unqualified temping and permanent staff to fill temp and/or perm roles within various nursery schools across London.
We have temping work to fit around your studies /part time job as well as temping ongoing positions, and permanent jobs available throughout London.
If you are not wanting to commit to full time and temping would suite better for now then you will need to keep in mind that you will be participating in all aspects of the nursery day.
You should also be aware that you will not always be sent to the same nurseries or those nearest to you. As this is temping work with an agency, many of our jobs are called in last minute when perm nursery staff call in sick or don’t turn up. You will need to be open minded and able to drop what you are doing occasionally to make this work for you. It’s the nature of temping work. ‘Lock and load’ and get to that nursery ASAP (preferably within the hour)
You will need go were the work is in order to make the most of the opportunities available!
We do not take folks on benefits who are only willing to work under 16 hours per week.
As for Permanent Nursery staff you will need to know all the above and have a minimum of level 3 in childcare with previous experience preferable. You should genuinely want to contribute in a positive manor to the children of our future, have a gentle, understanding, edgy, hardworking, flexible, reliable, willing and good nature. And above all do it with a smile on your face.
Please gather the following together and have ready for your interview:
- Passport/ Visa/ CV
- 2 x Passport
- 2 x proof of address
- 2 x references (1 childcare and 1 character)
- CRB or £45 to apply for one
- And any relevant childcare qualifications in childcare such as NVQ/ CACHE / NNEB/ Montessori, or equivalent qualifications status such as NARIC/ CWDC
