NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Childcare and Education
Knowledge of the EYFS Curriculum
An understanding of child development
An ability to form great relationships with children and parents
A passion for industry

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Childcare and Education
A minimum of 1 years experience working within a childcare setting
