A very successful purpose built nursery are looking for a nursery manager to join and lead their team to start full time immediately.
Key objectives of the role:
• Ensure the effective daily management of the nursery in accordance with Company Policy; the Children Act 1989, and other relevant legislation; and all Local Authority and OFSTED requirements.
• Ensure the safety, security and well being of all the children registered with the nursery.
• Ensure that all agreed Policies and Procedures are maintained at all times.
• Be responsible for recruitment, management, training and discipline of all employed staff.
• Monitor and ensure all agreed company quality and safety standards are maintained in the nursery at all times.
• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations, including payment of fees, collection of outstanding monies, within the nursery and meet occupancy and financial objectives.
The Nursery are ideally looking for an experienced practitioner with previous management experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, friendly and an effective leader.
