FMC Select are currently seeking an exceptional, highly committed individual with a minimum of 3 years leadership experience within a day care setting and a recognised child care qualification. This candidate is required to join as a Deputy Manager.
We are recruiting for a brand new setting accommodating up to 45 children age 0-5 years. You will be given the opportunity to assist with all aspects of the Nursery start up and will be encouraged to share your ideas with the manager and owners.
The role will be 50/50 Room/Office based and the Nursery requires somebody who is competent working with all age groups. You must have a good knowledge of both Birth to Three matters and the Foundation Stage; applicants with knowledge of the new EYFS Curriculum are desirable.
Your previous experience must include room leading or 3rd in charge. The nursery needs someone to support the manager who wants to lead the way and provide a rich environment for children but in care and curriculum.
