A well established group of Nurseries within Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire are looking for an Operations Manager to manage the 5 Nurseries and take the standard to the next level.
The Operations Manager will have responsibility over driving the Nursery Managers in delivering a quality childcare service which is compliant with the OFSTED standards, meets customer’s expectations and maximizes opportunities to attract potential customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a diverse staff team
- Customer services – Customer relations & satisfaction, customer attraction and retention
- Business management – To ensure all nurseries within the portfolio achieve financial targets, manage operating costs and ensure viability and profitability
The ideal candidate would be mature and have some previous senior experience whilst working in a nursery setting. You must have at least NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification, be highly motivated, organized and be able to work on your own initiative.
