Vacancy for Full Time Montessori Manager/ Class Teacher at Term-Time Nursery School with holiday club to start in January or February 2010.
The Montessori Nursery School is a term-time nursery school with holiday club every holiday, Registered for 40 children, open 8.30am – 3.15pm.
The hours of work are 8am-3.30pm Monday-Friday, With class teaching/supervision of 3-4 year old children from 9am – 1.15pm, The remaining hours in the afternoon are for Admin/planning, or to cover in the Nursery when required, however, afternoons are normally fully staffed except during holiday school.
Duties involve preparing environment, planning and delivery of daily activities. Assess and record children’s development using record system, Following Montessori curriculum alongside EYFS framework.
Qualifications and Experience required:-
Montessori Diploma as a minimum, Nursery Management experience. Knowledge of EYFS. Early Years Professional Status is an advantage.
