Are you an experienced Room Leader?
We have a vacancy for an experienced, organised, confident and enthusiastic Room Leader to take on a Third in Charge position within a lovely Nursery.
You will have the opportunity to take on some additional Management responsibilities such as showing new parents around the Nursery, getting involved with the budgeting and finance within the office and playing a key part in the recruitment and retention of Nursery staff.
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the running of a large Nursery, have the opportunity to be responsible for a staff team across several rooms and have a real impact on the success and development of the Nursery.

Some of your responsibilities as a Third In Charge will include:
- To ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment
- To plan, prepare and review the curriculum with the team in your room reflective of the EYFS
- To work in partnership with the parents
- To ensure confidentiality at all times
- To maintain and promote high standards of care
- To effectively lead and motivate the staff team including recruitment and retention
- To ensure all policies are implemented and adhered to at all times
You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Have experience of working with children
